Join us for a special wellness morning at Ara’kai Studio, combining mindful movement with expert insights on gut health and longevity.

This 90-minute session is co-hosted by Tone, our lead Pilates instructor, and Lisa Haberstroh, registered dietician and lead nutritionist at the Lanserhof Sylt Institute.

The event includes:

• 60 minutes of Pilates for digestion led by Tone
• 30-minute talk by Lisa on the Lanserhof fasting cure
• A closing Q&A session exploring gut health, inflammation, and the microbiome
